1965 Backdraft RT4 roadster completed in 2026 by Vintage Motorsports in North Haven is all new and has accumulated 40 test miles. It is powered by a Ford Racing 427ci V8 engine producing over 535hp and 545 ft/lbs of torque. This engine features a Ford Racing aftermarket block, Ford Performance Z2 aluminum heads, all-forged internals, roller rockers and a hydraulic roller camshaft. We opted to complete this setup with a Quick Fuel 750SS carburetor and a Tremec TKX 5 Speed manual transmission with a McLeod clutch.
