This is one beautiful 1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS 350 Tribute. Every
inch of this muscle car is done correctly, from the trim and badges
to the hood vents and black front nose stripe. The vinyl top is in
great shape, and the stance paired with the chrome wheels looks
just right. The chrome bumpers are solid and shiny, and both the
front grille and rear end look exactly the way they're supposed to.
This Chevy is a true showstopper.
Black and red always go together just right, so the black interior
fits perfectly. Front bucket seats combined with a nice center
console host an easy-to-reach shifter that makes slamming gears
exhilarating. The door panels, carpets, and dashboard are all in
good shape. There are no rips, tears, or sagging in the headliner,
and the rear bench seat looks like it has barely been used.
Autometer gauges fill the gauge cluster, along with an additional
set mounted under the dash. The AM radio and climate control
portion of the dashboard appears original, which helps promote a
retro look while mixing in an old-school, classy vibe.
Good looks are backed up by plenty of power under the hood. A 350
cubic-inch V8 is surrounded by black-painted inner fenders and
firewall. An aluminum radiator helps keep things cool, while a
high-rise Holley carburetor, Edelbrock intake, and a set of
aluminum heads handle fuel and airflow duties. A HEI ignition and
Chevy orange valve covers round out just some of the goodies tucked
into the engine bay. Mated to the engine is a Muncie 4-speed manual
transmission, connected to a 12-bolt rear axle with a Perfect
Launch differential cover.
Up front, the suspension features CPP tubular A-arms with
coilovers, while the rear suspension remains mostly stock with leaf
springs and shocks. 18-inch Weld Racing wheels are mounted at all
four corners, wrapped in Nitto 225/40Z18 tires up front and
275/40ZR18 tires in the rear. Wilwood drilled and slotted power
disc brakes handle stopping duties, and powder-coated long-tube
headers paired with a dual exhaust system give this Camaro an
aggressive, unmistakable muscle car sound.
