This bespoke 1938 Duesenberg Aero Coupe, crafted by Bayliff Custom
Automotive, brings to life an original Duesenberg prototype design
never realized in production. It is powered by a 300C.I. Ford
inline-six engine, enhanced with a custom Offenhauser intake
manifold, and paired with a smooth Ford C-6 automatic transmission
featuring a stylish Lokar shifter.
The vehicle rides on a sophisticated custom air ride system,
incorporating a robust Ford P71 police interceptor front suspension
and a Cadillac STS independent rear suspension for superior
handling and comfort. The power-operated trunk adds a touch of
modern convenience.
The interior is a masterpiece of craftsmanship, featuring luxurious
tan leather upholstery with contrasting maroon piping. Accents of
polished wood and chrome elevate the cabin, complemented by a
precision-machined instrument cluster panel and an elegant
banjo-style steering wheel. Modern amenities include a
high-fidelity Pioneer stereo system, power windows, climate
control, and more.
Externally, the Aero Coupe captivates with a refined two-tone
burgundy and maroon paint scheme, accentuated by brilliant chrome
detailing and striking 17" Wheel Vintiques wire wheels, enhancing
its timeless elegance.
