This rare 1971 Pontiac T-37 was born as a 6-cylinder
"grocery-getter." The T-37 model was a low-priced version of the
Tempest and was only produced for two years, making it an uncommon
sight today. It was found and rescued from an Indiana field, went
through an extensive rotisserie restoration and is now finished in
the factory color of Tropical Lime over a green interior. Adding to
the bare-bones, all business vibe of this car is a factory style
rear wing normally seen on the GTO Judge. Completing the theme is a
set of color-match steel wheels with NOS dog dish hubcaps wrapped
with Firestone G70-14 bias ply tires.
The factory no nonsense green interior features a bench seat,
factory AM/FM radio, in-dash factory style tachometer, Pontiac logo
carpeted floor mats and Pontiac Formula style 3-spoke steering
wheel. The editors of Pontiac Enthusiast magazine were impressed
enough with this unusual Pontiac to feature it in their
publication.

finishes, decals and even chalk marks. The car features an upgraded
455-HO V8 engine that is block bored .30 over with sealed power
forged pistons, Comp cam, reworked distributor with Crane
conversion and recurve by Rotella, number 66 D-port cylinder heads

4-barrel Quadra-jet carburetor rebuilt by Ruggles. Additionally,
the exceptionally well-detailed engine bay contains a ECP all
aluminum radiator, factory-style dual snorkel air cleaner and power
steering. The engine breaths through Hedman stainless headers,
aluminized X-pipe dual exhaust with rumbling Xlerator mufflers and
balancing tube. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a
column-shifted upgraded TCI TH350 transmission backed by a 10-bolt
rear axle assembly with an Auburn Posi-traction and 3:55 Richmond
