The 1965 Mecury Cyclone was ford's lightweight hotrod alternative to the mustang.
This is a true Cyclone, thats equipped with the original 225hp, 4barrel 289 V8 / auto trans
The motor has been recently rebuilt to factory specs (other than a .30 bore)
The body is very solid, with only 3-4 very minor exterior rustspots ( see pics)
THe undercarriage is extremely solid and untouched, as are the shock towers
The car appears to only have 1 repaint of the original gold, but the vinyl top was removed and painted a nice gloss black ( california style )
Has new tires all around on the original wheels / correct hubcaps
The interior is in good shape, the seats and door panels have all been redone, dash and center console are original and do show some patina.
All in all a very smooth riding, well kept classic that is sure to be a solid investment to the right person.
