Vehicle Description
For many years the Mazda Miata reigned supreme as the only small,
affordable roadster. It won the hearts and minds of people who
wanted modern and reliable open top fun, didn't want a muscle car
and couldn't afford a premium brand. GM was not having that and in
2004, introduced two top notch roadsters, the Pontiac Solstice and
Saturn Sky.
The early 2.4L models were lamented for not having a powerful or
refined engines. Pontiac changed that opinion when it introduced
the GXP with GM's latest and most advanced 2.0L directed injected
turbo "ecotec" engine. Producing a solid 260hp and 260 lb-ft, the
engine turned the Solstice into a little rocket with a 0-60 time
around 5.5 seconds. Our 2008 GXP is in excellent shape and is in a
classic shade of black over black leather. With only 28,118 miles
on the odometer, this roadster has seen very little use and the
body is very clean and the interior shows no wear. The top is good
and the wheels have no curb rash and good tread. With traction
control, limited slip differential, ABS, cruise, power locks and
windows, air conditioning, power steering and leather seats, this
roadster is far from stripped. Originally from California, with
tons of service records and 3 owners, you'd be hard pressed to find
a nicer example.
