IT DOES HAVE A FLAT 4, I DID NOT HAVE THE APPROPRIATE ENGINE DESCRIPTION in the drop down menu. iT IS A 8 hp ENGINE with Electric Start. it is being sold with a bill of sale. I have listed this scooter for the owner, who's vehicles are located 2 miles from our shop.
