Vehicle Description
Everything you want in a classic - a slick black appearance,
upgraded interior, and an exceptionally wonderful small-block V8
sound. This 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle is one of those coupes you'll
fall in love with instantly.
The 1967 Chevelle is an awesome classic. There are just some of us
who can't get enough of the extra-long fenders and the flying
buttress design of this pillarless hardtop coupe. And it only gets
better when rendered in a professional application of modern slick
black paint. Plus, this mean attitude even extends to the
crossed-flag emblems, tinted windows, and vented SS hood. No
stripes, no vinyl roof, no add-ons, just a clean, sleek Chevelle.
There's nothing to get in the way of seeing the chrome bumpers and
all the other bright trim shine against the black. So this one
looks fast just sitting still.
Inside there are more great signs of a solid investment in this
classic. It starts with the custom seats that are finished in a
comfortable velour and have red piping to give the interior a
performance attitude. And the side panels have this same muscle
car-friendly setup for a nice uniform appearance. In fact, this
aggressive streak extends to the center console with the floor
shift, auxiliary gauges, and big tach prominently fixed in the
center. But while this is a driver's classic, it also never loses
the premium Chevelle Malibu feeling. So if you're taking along
family and friends, they're going appreciate everything from the
wood paneling on the dash to the upgraded AM/FM cassette
stereo.
The 327 cubic-inch V8 packs a nice punch from plenty of performance
upgrades. With the Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock
Performer EPS intake, and all those steel braded tubes, this one is
positively radiating power from within the dark engine bay. And
those long tube headers add even more power as they feed the
rumbling Cherry Bomb dual exhaust. There's also some nice equipment
underneath this car, too. A thick sway bar up front, a strong
ladder bar rear suspension, and a stout 10-bolt Positraction rear
end all make this a fine muscle machine. Add in the convenience of
a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and BF
Goodrich T/As on later Camaro-style Rally wheels, and this is a
great all-around package.
This coupe has the right looks, right upgrades, right power, and
especially, the right price. It even comes with the right original
pieces like the owner's manual and Protect-o-Plate. So if you want
to get noticed this weekend in this turn-key ready classic, you
need to call today!
