Now available from CPR Classic sales is this lovely Euro delivery 1981 Porsche 930 Turbo painted in Black over a cork leather interior. The car was originally delivered in Germany on June 19th 1981 to Otto Glockler Porsche. The car was imported to the United States in 1987 via Orly airport in France to JFK airport , where it was converted for US standards then purchased and put into a collection where it remained until one of our very best clients purchased the car about a year ago. Our client then traded the Turbo to us on a long hood example, and the car was brought to CPR.
Upon arrival the car received a thorough inspection, an engine-out major service and a complete color sand, buff and detail to bring the vibrance back to its beautiful original black paint.
The car shows 11,200 miles and is in excellent overall condition. The paint measures as all original in terms of thickness, and the interior appears to be all original and in beautifully preserved condition.
The car has fairly decent records that include its original owners manual and service books, Import tags from the importation in 1987, and records that document the milage.
