The Atlanta Showroom is offering this 1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans
AM. This one owner Trans AM has had a frame off and rebuild. Thee
455 Olds engine was balanced by Digger Don Machine Shop. This power
house was bored, stroked, honed, and decked. The heads were
polished and ported by Eagle Machine. The Edelbrock intake Eagle
camshaft, and roller tip rockers, finish off this well built
machine. Mondello Oldsmobile provided the best internal parts to
wrap up this warp speed ship. The harmonic balancer and inertia
flex plate can handle the horsepower as well as the built 350
transmission with hardened extra clutches. The B&M deep oil pan
will keep the parts lubed and the MSD ingnition system, MSD box,
MSD wires, blaster coil, and distributor will keep the electricity
running the system and your adrenal glands. The Holley 780 built by
Lynn at Mondello Olds blows the burn through 3" mandrel bent
exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. The 1000hp dual fan is supplied by
Be Cool so this Phoenix's flames stay in the green zone under
pressure. The Hurst dual gate shifter puts the power down with
traction bars, G-Force crossmembers, and frame connectors. There is
a complete new set of carpet and pads, door panels, center console,
dash, floor mats, headliner, and rear deck. We can finish off these
details with the recalibration of the speedo to 160MPH..yeah.
