1939 FORD 2 DOOR SEDAN C-611 Impeccable styling, superior
fabrication, Lazy Boy comfort interior and strong performance all
combine in this stunning 1939 Ford 2 door sedan. Beginning with a
laser straight steel body with a slight chopped top and V-butt
windshield, a balanced/blueprinted GM 355ci, 0.30 over, with roller
rockers was created by the iconic Blair's Speed Shop of Pasadena Ca
and installed, mated to a 700R4 transmission taking the power to a
9" Ford 3.55 rear end. It moves! It runs cool with a Walker
radiator paired with a thermostat controlled auxiliary cooling fan.
The chassis features a Mustang II front with power assist front
disc and drum rear brakes. The precisely laid out wiring is by
Fink. Air conditioning keeps you cool. The interior features a tilt
column with Billet Specialties steering wheel, power windows, a
large array of Autometer gauges, Glide seat and stunning panels and
headliner. The mirror-like exterior is sapphire blue with a light
flake expertly and applied by Vinnie of JV Customs in Irwindale CA.
The exterior look is finished with polished Billet Specialties
wheels. This 1939 performs dependably and handles like charm.
Driving is a comfortable pleasure for the driver and all occupants.
