Vehicle Description
The Atlanta Showroom is offering this 1947 Chevrolet Suburban. The
story of this Chevy was published in 2008 Rodder's Digest Magazine
and also comes with the vehicle of course. The 4-page article
glossed readers with one of the best family hauler built and
details this car on every point. This 95 LT1 engine and 4L80E GM
four speed automatic transmission began the build. A Heidt front
end and dropped spindles brings the business end of the suburban 4
inches closer to the ground and the rear end is assembled from
Chassis Engineering supporting a 95 caprice rearend. This Suburban
is cornered at all four corners with disk brakes. The US Radiator
cools the former police engine and a Powermatic 100-amp alternator
is now in place for the electric system. Classic instruments are
installed on the dashboard along with Vintage air. You won't need
to get your enjoyment from watching videos in this ride, you will
smile with every time you pull out of the driveway! Options
include: AC, AM/FM radio, CD player, Power Brakes, Power Steering,
Power Windows, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Cloth interior, Radial
