Offered here is a mostly original survivor 1937 Ford Woodie Station Wagon. The current owner was told the car had been shipped to London back in the day. It was used to shuttle passengers for the Jack Barclay Ltd. Rolls Royce - Bentley dealer in England. (Please notice the photo of the brass placard at the top of the inside driver's door frame).
The car appears to be in original wood overall with some new pieces added on the passenger side door and the back tailgate/window sections. I am advised the car does run and drive but has not been on the road since 2013. Grey paint is in fair condition but could be brought up nice as-is with a thorough detail. The car sports a banjo steering wheel and all three seats are intact. The all glass windows are a plus but are delaminating in areas. A quick search suggests that the glass windows were an option or the wagon could be a Deluxe. Another search claims that only 7,748 or 9,304 1937 Ford station wagons were produced that year. If this car is a "Model 74", only 193 cars were produced with glass windows. In any case this Ford is quite rare.
