Vehicle Description
Starting with a rust free car, this car has been thoroughly
restored including new paint, interior, drive train, chrome and
trim, brakes, steering, suspension, wheels, tires, cooling,
heating/air conditioning. The receipts documenting the restoration
accompany this flawless car. The look, feel, and performance of
this car is that of a better than new 1965 Falcon wagon.
The body panels are laser straight and the gaps are very even. The
door jams and under the dash board are both very clean and sanitary
which is a tell-tale of a thorough restoration process. The paint
quality is excellent with no flaws, the chrome and bright work have
a deep reflective shine and are without buff marks. You can see
that the glass, chrome, trim and rubber where removed before the
paint was applied, and then restored or replaced as needed before
being re-assembled. The interior has been restored to the correct
period colors and materials and beautifully installed. The
headliner and interior window trim have been painstakingly
installed and look as if the car was just built at the factory.
The air conditioning features a modern rotary style compressor, the
control switches are neatly integrated into the original dashboard,
and the air outlets appear as a factory installed item.
The engine is freshly rebuilt and features electronic ignition,
Edlebrock intake manifold and 4 barrel carburetor, powder coated
exhaust headers new radiator, coil, distributor, fuel pump and
battery.
The wagon is easy to drive, it starts with no drama, has plenty of
power, has power steering and front disc brakes and is equiped with
modern shoulder and lap belts.
This car is reliable enough to be a daily driver but way too pretty
to be! The wagon is ready for your summer road trips and is 100%
complete and turn-key.
