Vehicle Description
When it came off the assembly line, this 1953 Chevrolet probably
spent its early years hauling farm goods, lumber, or various other
materials as pick-ups in those days were just trucks. Today, these
early trucks, due to their clean, simple styling and basic
mechanicals, have become very popular to either restore to original
or modify to meet modern needs. This green, with green interior,
truck is a fine example of a modernized pick-up. Upgraded with a
454 cubic inch engine and automatic transmission, the truck has
comfort and convenience features that include power steering, power
brakes, power windows, and an air-ride suspension system. All of
this makes for a traditional looking, yet comfortable, vehicle for
cruising on cool summer days.
