This is one of 1,547 WE4 cars built, and the Dark Burgundy with its rare black trim exterior sport package made this car a wolf in sheep's clothing.
This car is lighter and faster than a Grand National. The blackout trim option trim was only available for a short time. The 1987 Turbo was the last of the rear-wheel drive Regals and the only year for the Intercooled Turbo-T. The WE4 is actually lighter than its GN brethren. The use of aluminum T-type wheels versus the steel GN wheels means less rotating weight. Also, lighter bumper braces help shed weight. Power across the performance board arrived as 245hp and 355 ft/lbs of torque. The classic lines go great with the Buick sleeper look, but it's the V6 Buick Intercooled Turbo acceleration that really grabs people by surprise!
