Now available in our Philly location is a 1969 Dodge Dart Swinger.
The car underwent a complete restoration over 12 years ago and is
it is still in excellent condition. It is believed to be still
original sheet metal on the car. The floor pans and the trunk are
also original and solid. Back in the day the Dodge Boys were famous
for putting big engines in little cars. The 1969 Dart is no
exception. Originally designed as an economy car without many
thrills these small light weight cars became rockets when the boys
installed V8 horsepower under the hood. This Dart is a prime
example with a worked 340 V8 pumping out all kinds of power through
an A 833 4-speed manual transmission. The engine has been upgraded
with aluminum Edelbrock Heads and intake along with a four-barrel
carburetor. Headers and an MSD coil are just some of the
modifications. The exterior is finished in Spanish Gold paint that
shows very well and the interior is done in Black and features a
custom center console with the famous Pistol Grip Shifter and newer
bucket seats that fit well and look as though they belong. This
Dart has also been upgraded with power assisted 4-wheel disc
brakes. Custom Randy Coy Wheels, 17inch in front and 18inch in the
rear give the car a great stance. This is a quick solid car with
plenty of muscle. To view this 1969 Dodge Dart in greater detail,
