Vehicle Description

1956 FORD F100 RESTO-MOD Frame off restoration!

Over $70k invested in this pickup

Chamaeleon paint alone was over $8,500.00

Disc brakes in the front and drum brakes in the back Edelbrock

4 barrel carburetor

Truck runs & drive perfectly

Its 460 engine was rebuilt in 2015 by Mike’s Auto Machine Shop in Washingtonville, NY. He has been rebuilding race car engines for 30 years. The 460 engine is one of the best Ford Motor ever made. Was painted with the engine left in the truck.

The Chassis & suspension are original. Chassis was power blasted and repainted, and the front shocks were put on new last year and the back shocks were put on new 6 months ago.

The brake pedal has been moved so that it is next to the gas pedal on the right side instead of on its original left side .

Automatic C6 Transmission cost was $3,600.00.

Aluminum high performance radiator with fan

Aluminum gas tank

Chrome bumpers

Truck bed including the wood planks and chrome slats

Front windshield

Butterfly window chrome locks. (The locks for the fly windows were put in wrong and when I closed them it cracked the glass. Easy fix, but since I live in an area that snows all the time I won’t take it out of the garage other than driving it up and down my road. Don’t want salt snow or rain to touch her). Purchased new vent windows that will come with the truck.

This truck comes with an extra brand new painted tailgate (without the Ford stamped logo).

A LedGlow light system was installed that is easily controlled by your phone.

Pioneer Stereo W/CD

Floor totally redone in welded steel with a new battery compartment and battery with new wires. All wiring was redone at a cost of $1,100.00

Upholstery redone throughout, new headliner and under dash enclosure, new Rug all done by Mike's Upholstery in Middletown, New York.

Polished aluminum 4BBL butterfly hood scoop street hot rod

9 inch posi rear done in 2017

Chrome power steering kit

Running boards with the Ford step plate

Dome lights

Rearview mirror and side mirrors

Inside door handle {Bullet style}

June 13th I had the hoses covered with the metal style mesh and the headers were painted

There are two very, very small chips on this truck so small the camera didn't pick them up. One is on the running board and the other is on the hood where it closes in the seam. When the hood is closed, you can't see it.

'Built Ford Tough' and 'Built to Last' perfectly describe this fine custom

Despite taking on the softer attributes of a street rod, it still maintains the rugged good looks of traditional Ford trucks

The proud new owner of this American icon will receive:

A stack of restoration receipts

A binder that includes a detailed restoration history and numerous restoration photos

Keep in mind that when I was resurrecting this beautiful truck I had no intention of selling it. This was my dream truck. The one I fell in love with when I was a kid and never fell out of it. Unfortunately, life doesn’t always take the path you were planning on in the beginning.
