The GMC Sprint was produced for the 1971-1977 model years and was
GMC's version of the Chevrolet El Camino. The light-duty pickup
trucks were identical except for the nameplates and the chassis was
based on the Chevelle station wagon. Since 1972 marked the end of
the third generation El Camino, the first generation Sprint
experienced a very brief two-year run. This ultra rare,
numbers-matching 1972 Sprint boasts a well maintained and detailed
250cid inline 6 powerplant. This was the standard engine offering,
and rated at 145 hp, and is mated to a silky smooth 2-speed
automatic transmission. Additional features include AM/FM stereo
with 8-Track and power steering. The brown/brown color combination
is classic 1970's and the paint is in outstanding condition. This
uncommon 1972 GMC Sprint is located at our Milwaukee showroom. You
