What a great style! The two door hardtop roofline almost appears to be chopped! This car looks fast while standing still.
The 291 inch hemi engine can make it go fast. This was a very strong engine for the time. It starts and runs great, especially since a new Edelbrock carburetor was installed. It sounds great through dual exhaust.
The Powerflite automatic works well. This is the last year for the lever shift and no park. The parking brake works properly.
Power brakes were added. Along with the power steering, this makes for driving ease.
The paint is older, but still looks great. The body is very solid. I believe the time in Florida and Alabama kept it in such great shape.
The interior was redone and still looks very nice. This car is quite elegant due to lots of interior chrome.
The chrome, emblems, hubcaps and grill are all in nice condition. The factory tinted glass is good. The tires are newer wide white wall bias ply.
All gauges and lights work. The wipers and heater fan work. The horn blows and the doors lock via key. The radio does not play.
The trunk floor is perfectly solid. It is covered by the original upholstery. There is a spare tire and bumper jack. You will also get a trunk full of spare parts including ignition, gauges, lights and the original oil bath air cleaner.
You will be the only one at the car show with a Sportsman. Open the hood and show off the hemi. Most of all, enjoy the driving experience.
