Air. 1956 marked the last year of the second generation of Bel
Air's. The 1956 Bel Air is among the most recognizable American
cars of all time; well-maintained examples, especially Sport Coupes
and Convertibles are highly sought after by collectors and
enthusiasts. They are roomy, with tastefully restrained, period use
tail fins and chrome. This beautiful example is shown in a plum &
white two-tone paint job that is in excellent condition. The car
was repainted approx.. 5 years ago, but the owner has taken such
good car of the car it looks like it was completed last week. All
of the exterior trim, emblems, chrome bumpers, & glass are all in
superb condition as well. The car sits on the period correct width
white wall tires & original Chevy hub caps. A 350 CID V8 powers
this beauty down the road with only 3k miles on it since it was
recently rebuilt. It is paired to a very recently installed new
700R4 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. On the
interior, you will see the same color matched two-tone plum & white
leather interior that is like new condition. The classic original
dash is restored to show condition, along with a nice CD player.
The engine compartment & trunk are both clean and tidy, ready to
show off at your next car meet. Last, but not least is the cars
brand new custom AC system that blows cold! Other features on the
