Vehicle Description
The Vega was built by Chevrolet from 1970 until 1977. In 1971 it
was voted as Motor Trends Car of the Year. The name Vega derives
from the brightest star in the constellation Lyra. More than 2
million were built over the 7-year lifespan
This Vega Hatchback has a gold custom paint job with a yellow and
purple custom stripe. The interior is black velour and it has an
aftermarket Kenwood CD player. It has a custom fiberglass hood with
cowl induction. The wheels are American Racing with Performer GT
Radial tires. It is a rust-free example and runs and drives
properly. The transmission is a 3-speed manual transmission
connected to the original type 140ci 4-cylinder engine that has
been dressed up. The engine and trans are solid and it runs great.
This car was originally donated to the Boyertown Museum and that's
where we acquired the car. You'll be the only one at the car
