Under the hood: balanced & blueprinted Ford 351 Cleveland, outfitted to the proverbial "9's": everything is new, from the Holley 750 carb and Weiand intake, to the ported heads fitted with Ferrea valves, to the Comp Cams 'Extreme Energy' cam and roller rockers; the Keith Black pistons swing from polished and shot-peened connecting rods; Mallory distributor with MSD wires light the fire. Cooling is handled by a custom-built radiator and Milodon high-volume water pump. This snake is very fast, runs on pump gas and never overheats.
Geartrain and suspension: billet steel flywheel, King Cobra clutch, Tremec 3550 five-speed gearbox; 9" Ford rear with a new Auburn Pro Series posi and 3.70:1 final ratio. Kenny Brown adjustable upper & lower control arms, KYB shocks, front & rear swaybars, 11" disc brakes front & rear, Team III wheels with Cooper Cobra rubber [245/60Rx15 front; 275/60Rx15 rear].
Cockpit and trunk: Moto-Lita hardwood-rimmed steering wheel, VDO gauges, original style shifter, show-quality seats, map-pocketed door panels and fully carpeted interior and trunk. Triple-chromed sidepipes and rollbar. It was first registered (in Oregon) in 1995. Less than 8,000 miles since new; 3,500 miles on a complete engine, transmission, suspension and brake upgrade.
