Take a look at this BEAUTIFUL ! - RARE ! - PAMPERED SURVIVOR !! - 1969 Cadillac Eldorado Two Door Hardtop! I say RARE as they only built 23,333 Eldorado Hardtops in 1969! We recently purchased this Eldorado from the previous 75 year old Arizona owner and as you can tell it was his pride and joy for sure! His health is failing and doesn't get to drive this BEAUTY much anymore so he decided to sell it, LUCKY YOU !! It still retains it's correctly mounted - FACTORY ORIGINAL - firewall mounted Cadillac data plate - FACTORY ORIGINAL - dash mounted Cadillac VIN tag and the - ORIGINAL - Trunk lid mounted jacking instruction sticker, all of which are shown in several pictures. This is a NICE - DRY - SOLID - Arizona - Idaho High Mountain Desert - Western car and it shows! I drove it as my daily driver for several days and it runs and drives VERY WELL! At the heart of this RARE BEAUTY is what appears to be the VERY STRONG !! - FACTORY ORIGINAL - (375 Horsepower from the factory !!) - Code "H" - 472 CID V8 motor that is running VERY well indeed. The motor also sports the ORIGINAL 4 barrel intake manifold, ORIGINAL exhaust manifolds, ORIGINAL valve covers, ORIGINAL air cleaner housing and the ORIGINAL 4 barrel carburetor. Sounds GREAT too with the factory style exhaust system with chrome tip. The engine is backed by a SMOOTH - THM-425 - Three speed - "Turbo Hydra-Matic" - automatic transmission that also functions very well. The - OPTIONAL - Code "486" - Cordovan Brown Leather with Real Wood Grain accents luxury Eldorado interior is in NICE condition including the VERY NICE Cordovan Brown Vinyl front seat with folding center armrest and factory headrests, NICE ORIGINAL Matching Cordovan Brown vinyl door panels with correct real wood grain inserts, NICE ORIGINAL Cadillac steering wheel, NICE ORIGINAL Dark Brown carpeting, VERY NICE Factory gauge clusters, NICE ORIGINAL Cordovan Brown Vinyl and wood grain accented dash, GOOD ORIGINAL Dark Brown vinyl headliner, VERY NICE ORIGINAL Dark Brown Vinyl sun visors, NICE Cordovan Leather rear seat, NICE ORIGINAL Dark Brown Vinyl dash pad with several cracks and a VERY NICE NEW Black carpet dash pad cover !! This Eldorado comes nicely equipped including factory power windows, factory power door locks, factory power steering, factory power brakes with discs up front, factory tilt and telescoping steering wheel, optional factory cruise control, optional factory rear window defroster, factory power wipers, optional factory 6-way power adjustable front seat, optional factory auto-dimming headlight sentinel, factory gauge clusters with 120 MPH speedometer, factory trip odometer, original day / night rear view mirror, original clock which is no longer working, factory front and rear seat belts, good heater and defroster, original chrome remote driver's side view exterior mirror, factory back up lights and factory front cornering lamps. The air conditioning compressor does not have a belt on it so the A/C is not blowing cold. Not sure what is going on with the A/C but it appears to be all there so it should be a fairly easy fix. The suspension and drive line seem to be in good working order as well as the electrical system. Check out the AWESOME - FACTORY ORIGINAL - Cadillac Stainless Steel wheel covers and NEARLY NEW whitewall steel belted radial tires, they look OUTSTANDING on this Eldorado & really retain that CLEAN "Factory Original" look! All of the ORIGINAL chrome and stainless steel exterior body trim and moldings are in VERY NICE condition including NICE ORIGINAL Chrome front and rear bumpers, VERY NICE ORIGINAL badging and NICE ORIGINAL Front Grill & Headlight surrounds. The CLEAN - SOLID trunk sports a NEW Black Carpet liner and a NEW full size whitewall radial spare tire. All of the ORIGINAL light lenses & reflectors are clear, bright and BEAUTIFUL! This vehicle is in GREAT mechanical condition and it runs and drives VERY WELL! It is solid with respect to the overall mechanical condition as well as the overall cosmetic impression. Again, this has been a NICE - DRY - SOLID - Arizona - Idaho High Mountain Desert - western car! In my opinion, you're not going to find much nicer ORIGINAL floors than the one's on this BEAUTY !!
