Vehicle Description
This step-side square-body Resto-Mod pickup is a six-year frame-up
build. It's powered by a professionally rebuilt fuel-injected 350ci
tune-port engine with new 5-speed NV4500 manual transmission and
Centerforce clutch. It rides on 35" BFGoodrich tires on 8-lug
wheels. It features all-Chevy wiring with revamped computer, Dana
front end and 14-bolt full float rear with 4.11 gears, dual
Flowmaster exhaust and Advance Adapters bellhousing. The steering
was upgraded to a steering box and pump from a '91 full-size
Blazer. All-new fuel and brake lines were installed. Interior was
also upgraded to '90s style with buckets, center console and
all-new interior trim, including new headliner. The column from a
'91 Suburban was used so it has tilt, high beam and wiper switch
with intermediate wipers. The power windows, door locks and air
parts are from Chevy OEM, not aftermarket parts; it's pure Chevy.
Truck has a sliding back window and sunroof. Finished in Mercedes
Red, each piece was painted before being installed. It has all the
modern conveniences in an older truck.
