This 1970 Volvo 1800E is a Southern owned and driven (TX, AL, GA), absolutely RUST-FREE car. I am the second family, third owner of this beautiful vehicle. Black leather seats with no tears, original carpet, excellent body metal, and paint is in excellent condition. You will not need to do any costly body work with this vehicle! Note the last two pictures, those pictures are taken of this car on the inside metal behind both front head lights/parking lights where, if you know these vehicles, would be the worst rust and hard to fix area. This vehicle is rust-free in that area as you can see.
Original 2.0 Liter B20 engine runs strong. I have driven this car on the interstate and on the winding North Georgia roads. Very reliable with its original Bosch fuel injection system. 4-speed manual transmission with working overdrive. The car has original factory working air conditioning and it does still cool. Suspension good with recent alignment done. 1970 model was the first 1800 with four-wheel disc brakes! Upper dash pad has some cracks, lower dash is okay. Back seat good condition and has the original leather luggage bands.
All 5 of the original clover wheels with good tread on tires. Two FULL sets of keys included (gas tank keys, glove box keys, trunk keys, and ignition keys). Gauges could use a review. Sale includes numerous 1800E ownership manuals, documentation, and some spare parts. Enjoyable, reliable car to drive.
