1965 Ford Mustang the Mustang name originated from the P-51 Mustang
fighter plane although a Mustang horse was used on the emblem. The
Mustang was an immediate success for Ford and exceeded the sales
expectations.
This 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible originally a factory D-code car
indicates this was an early Mustang which sometimes is referred to
as a 1964 �.
Finished in the original color of Vintage Burgundy with a black
interior and black coordinating top. This Mustang Convertible was
the recipient of a previous full restoration and remains in very
good mechanical and cosmetic restoration as is indicated in the
pictures.
