Clone\r\nThis 1986 Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.3-16 has been built to
resemble the EVO II cars raced by German tuner Carlsson. Powered by
a 2.3-liter 16-valve inline-four coupled with a Getrag dogleg
5-speed manual, the car is also equipped with a limited-slip
differential. It was serviced in February 2017 with a new fuel
pump, alternator, spark plugs, and fluid change. Records for
maintenance from the previous owners are included along with
importation documents, original owner\'s manuals, and stamped
service logbook.\r\n\r\nThe car was painted in the current scheme
after the Evo II style body kit was installed. The previous owner
in Europe drove the car to shows at the Le Castellet and Nogaro
race tracks, as well as other local shows. The car features
Mercedes Benz Evo II front and rear brake calipers, and new brake
pads have been installed all around. Original Carlsson alloy wheels
wear newer Nankang Sport NS-1 tires. Inside, the cabin is equipped
with factory Recaro bucket seats along with a Carlsson steering
wheel and shift knob. The odometer reads 109,037 kilometers 67,752
miles and is said to be accurate based upon records. An aftermarket
Alpine cassette radio has been added, as is a fire extinguisher.
\r\n\r\nThe 2.3-liter 16-valve inline-four was developed by
Cosworth, and European versions produced 185 hp when new. The
original books include the owner\'s manual and a maintenance
booklet with stamps from service while in Europe. The receipt for
the muffler, service records from the seller, and all customs and
importation paperwork also come with the car.
