Offered here is a 1936 Ford Humpback Four Door Sedan. Always garaged in the dry desert environment in Rancho Mirage, California, the vehicle remains in wonderful condition.
This car was purchased by the current owner in 1979. In 1980 he had the original Flathead V/8 engine completely rebuilt. After thirty-eight years, the engine has less than 1000 miles. The motor runs and performs extremely smooth without issues. The car retains mechanical brakes and a 6 volt electrical system. The gauges are excellent. An old Mopar heater is installed. The paint appears to be original and is thin in areas as is the pinstripe. Some of the original window glass is delaminating. A new top insert has been installed. The vehicle received new period correct interior upholstery throughout. Tires are Firestone wide-whites mounted on wheels with beauty-rims and stock V/8 hubcaps. This turn-key survivor is a perfect driver as-is or would make a prime example for a complete restoration.
