VOLVO, 1973 1800ES Estate Wagon. This is a California dry climate car from new up until about a year ago, when I purchased to save over and use for transportation for my annual Monterey week car vacation. While there, I logged over 900 trouble free miles on this car, which included a drive over Donner Pass to Reno, Nevada after the Pebble Beach Concours. It is a US delivery model and is equipped with the factory a/c and the desirable manual transmission with electric overdrive. I put on new proper Dunlop tires and have done a major mechanical service. This is just a very nice driver quality example of the most prestigious sport model station wagon model that ever came out of Sweden. Nice original interior. Nice original dash pad. Runs well.
