The 2004 Corvette Z06 Commemorative Edition has special LeMans Blue Metallic paint and also includes a C5-R Le Mans stripe scheme, crossed-flags and "commemorative" embroidery on headrests and seats, polished Z06 wheels with unique LeMans edition commemorative road wheel centers, and silver front and rear emblems with commemorative LeMans inserts, and a lightweight carbon fiber hood. 2004 was the last year for the C5 Corvette generation that began with the 1997 model year and of the more than 34,000 Corvettes manufactured for 2004, only 2,025 were LeMans Commemorative Edition. 2004 was also the last year for the hidden head lights, part of Corvette’s signature styling since 1963.
