For Sale: 1966 Chevrolet Nova SS in Jefferson, Wisconsin

Vehicle Description

This is a true 11837 Super Sport V8 Nova Coupe. It only has 1900 miles on it sine it received a complete rotisserie restoration. We have photo documentation and receipts.

The original color combination was Sandlewood Tan over Light Fawn. Now it is painted Honda Sunburst Orange Pearl. It is very attractive and stunning. The interior is black in the ProStreet vibe.

The body is perfect, as is the paint. This is a high quality show car that can be street driven AND will run in the high 10’s at the drag strip. We have time slips to prove it.

This car was Best Of Class two years in a row at Word of Wheels. It also won the prestigious Best Engine award. You truly have to see it in person.

We have a 3-ring binder that has 2 inches of photos/receipts documenting the build and improvements made since. There was no expense spared. It has been meticulously maintained. The most recent owner is very particular and capable with his vehicles.

The engine is a 468 Mark IV 4 bolt Chevy with steel crank, h-beam rods, 8:1 Ross blower pistons, Comp solid lifter roller blower cam with 714 lift. It has Edelbrock aluminum heads, stud girdle and two special built 800 cfm Holley carburetors.

The transmission is a race-prepped THM 400. It has a 3500 stall converter and manual valve body.

The rear end is a 12 bolt with 4:10 gears. It has a spool and C-clip eliminators. It has a 3-link suspension with QA1 coil over spring and shocks.

The front end is a Mustang II with rack and pinion steering. It has SPC upper control arms Heidts lowers.

All four brakes are Wildwood discs. The master cylinder is also by Wildwood. The is a line-lock.

The tires are on polished Drag lite wheels. The front have 26×7.50 Mickey Thompson radials, the rears have 29×18.5 Mickey Thompsons. There is a second set of rears with near new slicks mounted.

The wiring is by Painless. There are three electric fans with proper relays, thermostats and switches. The ignition is by MSD. The distributor is billet, the box is a 6-AL.

The headers are large tube. They were just coated to 3000 degrees by Jet Hot. The exhaust is 3 inch.  It is very loud and dominating!

The interior is protected by professionally built roll cage. The seats are very expensive racing buckets. The rear floor and wheel tubs are all upholstered. This car has factory style door panels, headliner and padded dash. The gauges are aftermarket. All function properly. There are no flaws. Everything is very neat and tidy.

The trunk is also upholstered. It contains a 16 gallon fuel cell and dual batteries. The wheelie bars are in the trunk until you install them.

You have many options with this car. Whether you are driving it, racing it or showing it. I will promise you that it will draw attention.
