one of Ford's best production cars ever. This high quality T-Bird
was a one-owner car that sat for 26 years before it was found and
meticulously restored by a local professional craftsman. Completely
rust free, southern California car. All rubber parts and wiring
replaced during restoration. Complete new interior. Upgraded
"electronic" tachometer and clock. New windshield. New carpet, heat
and sound deadening throughout. Engine completely overhauled and
balanced as well as transmission and rear-end completely
overhauled! New brakes and brake components and new steel lines.
New fuel and tank lines. All bearings and steering components
replaced. All bright-work was painstakingly restored and re-chromed
locally. Photos of the entire process are available. Pay particular
attention to the high quality of the work as this car was restored
with the intention of never being resold by the owner. It has been
driven approximately 5,000 trouble-free miles since work completion
and never in the rain! To enhance drive-ability overall, the
carburetor has been upgraded to a modern day Holley. The original
"teapot" carb, intake and air cleaner are on hand, fully restored
and in storage. Also, included with purchase is the removable
Hardtop w/porthole windows, fender skirts, original wheels, wheel
covers and tires, and restoration photos. Imagine yourself zipping
