This is a professionally built Detroit Auto-Rama class winning 1965 Nova. It’s a body-off total restoration completed by a master car builder. The body is laser straight highlighted in professionally applied Chevrolet Ermine White paint and color coat that radiates a beautiful sheen. All of polished chrome and stainless steel trim, moldings and emblems are in excellent condition and factory correct. All of the window glass is crystal clear and factory tinted. All sitting atop Weld ProStar wheels wrapped in new BF Goodrich Radial tires. Adding a brilliant contrast is the new factory correct Turquoise Blue interior.
The chassis consists of a professionally fabricated, powder coated 2”x3” boxed tube frame that includes a Heidts Mustang II Sub-frame, Heidts polished tubular stainless steel upper & lower control arms, Heidts 2” dropped front spindles, Heidts steering kit, Flaming River manual rack & pinion steering, QA-1 coil-over shocks front & rear, Corvette dual master brake cylinder, S&W ladder bar rear suspension.
K&S Racing provided a new 406 CID, 500 H.P. engine to help transform this Nova into a true “Muscle Car”. Bewick Transmission supplied the freshly built TH350 with 10” converter 3200 rpm stall. Working the gears is a Turbo-Action, console mounted, Cheetah shifter. The custom fabricated 4” aluminum drive shaft transfers the horsepower to the custom shorten Lincoln Versailles Ford 9” rear end utilizing Moser axles and Detroit Locker differential with 3.70:1 gears.
The entire package contains a tremendous amount of custom fabricated equipment and OEM parts that’s just too lengthy to furnish in this ad, but is available upon request. Also included in the purchase is a 3-ring binder that includes; Original Factory 1965 Chevrolet Nova II Hand Book, Wiring Manual, Complete Assembly Manual, Original Factory Body Tag, complete set of restoration photographs, all restoration receipts, manufacture’s literature, engine performance data, names and addresses of all involved in the restoration.
