GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1970 GMC Jimmy 4x4 for
purchase. The Blazer & Jimmy were GM's SUV's that were based on the
corresponding pickup truck frames. These vehicles were built to
last and endure everything your schedule could throw at it.
This recently, fully restored, example is covered in its factory
bronze color. The chassis was painted black and it rides on new
Monroe shocks. The Jimmy features its factory steel 15 inch wheels
painted white with Wrangler 235/75 tires. It features a roll bar
that was painted the same color as the Jimmy. The truck comes with
a tan removable soft top and black Bimini top. The Chrome Trim and
badges are new. The Jimmy was given new exhaust, mufflers, brake
lines, and a new gas tank at time of restoration. The 350 v8 is
painted Chevy orange and looks great. The truck has a column shift
automatic transmission. The tan vinyl bucket seats in the front and
bench with seatbelts in the back.
The presentation of this truck is very good. This truck gets a ton
of looks and with the top off makes the perfect beach cruiser for
summer fun. Classic SUV's have taken the collector car world by
storm and the GMC Jimmy with its full size, full removable soft top
and GMC reliability is the high water mark.
