This cool late 30’s International D30 has been published in several magazines such as Canadian Hot Rods, Pinups & Kustoms, Ol'Skool Rodz, Renegade Magazine, Rod Authority, Auto Life Quarterly and others throughout North America. Dash is signed by The King of Customizing ( The Late George Barris ) & The Fonz ( Henry Winkler ).
The truck received a complete restoration in 2009 with no expense spared. Nearly every area of the hot rod is new or has been restored / modified to an exceptional quality level. The engine has been professionally built buy a local performance shop and sits at just shy of 800HP & 800TQ, built as a mild street engine. All other mechanicals have been restored or replaced and are done nicely in the spirit of hot rodding. All suspension parts are either new or restored along with a custom exhaust. The interior is fitting and uses new gauges, seats along with other impressive gadgetry. The wheels & the tires are newer and really give a great stance to the pickup. The TH400 have been built with high performance components as rated to 1200HP. This 1939 D30 International is an amazing Hot Rod that has been built with a high level of detail / investment and will continue to appreciate at a significant rate in future years.
Truck and transmission have 3,960 miles on since the build while the engine has been upgraded and has only 25 miles on it.
