Just added to our stable of full sized convertibles is this 1972
Pontiac Grand Ville. This is one clean cruiser. The full sized
parade car is powered by Pontiac's 455 cubic inch big block engine
(original to the car) and 3 speed turbo hydromatic automatic
transmission... it rides like a dream and travels down the
interstate at highway speeds like you are riding on air. It is
equipped with power steering power brakes power seats power windows
power convertible top climate control air conditioning (works)
remote driver's mirror an upgraded Toshiba AM/FM stereo radio with
cassette tilt wheel and new American racing wheels. We have the
original 5 spoke wheels and they will come with the car. This car
has recently been repainted in its original color of Monarch Yellow
and is shinny and smooth. the car is still wearing its original
sheet metal...check out the pictures of the stamping numbers on all
four fenders. The previous owner tells us that the motor was
rebuilt about 200 miles ago so there are no issues in that
department. The transmission shifts smoothly and coupled with the
big 455 makes the Grand Ville remarkably responsive for such a big
car. The interior appears to be original but shows only minor aging
on the arm rests. The rest of the seats and the carpet are in
excellent condition...the pictures are very representative of the
actual condition. The power convertible top is new with a glass
rear window and works without issue. The chrome and bright work are
in excellent condition as are the rubber inserts on the front and
rear bumpers...no cracking or dry rot there at all. This is a car
that has been driven and enjoyed but has obviously been
meticulously cared for over the years to have all the components be
in such good condition...this does not look like a typical car that
