The Iconic Era of Muscle Cars coming out of Detroit has no finer
example than the 1970 Chevy Chevelle SS454. The classic
lines, strong presence and the big block 454 cubic inch power plant
make this car a favorite at car shows and meets across the
country.
This specific car is an exceptional example of an all original,
“survivor” car. Having recently won a judged car show, the
car has the LS-5 454 engine, dual exhaust and sports the 4-speed
Muncie “rock crusher” transmission. The odometer shows 25,025
miles and the car has all parts and components as when it was
originally delivered to the first buyer in 1970. While the
Chevelle shows some of the typical wear and tear of being 47 years
old, it is very minimal and ads to the allure of the
car.
