affordable 1957 ford Thunderbird convertible. There was a huge
amount of popularity for these "baby birds" as they were called
back in the day and that love affair still continues to this day.
This fine example here has a great fit and finish on it. It has has
one repaint about 20 years ago and it still shows very well. This
car is a great drive that just needs enjoyed.
The interior of this car is also in great shape. The two tone bench
seat is in great shape and it is very comfortable to ride in. The
carpet and dash are in great shape as is the headliner on the
removable hard top. The one really cool thing that you will see on
this car that it was not born with is vintage air. This way you can
drive your baby bird around in any conditions in complete comfort.
This is the true way to cruise the boulevard.
Under the hood of this sweet ride sits the 312 V8. It has had its
regular tune ups and as you can see in the pics some chrome and
polished upgrades. The miles that you see on the odometer are
original but this motor purrs like a kitten. As you look underneath
you will see the new exhaust with magnaflow mufflers that sound
beautiful. This car really handles great with the power steering
and comes to a hault well with the power brakes. Ford really did a
great job with the 57 Thunderbird and you can enjoy it in your
garage today.
