Vehicle Description
The Ford Model A was in production from 1927 to 1931, following in
the footsteps of the legendary Model T, which changed the
automotive industry forever. The new and improved Model A was
powered by a water-cooled 201ci (3.3L) L-Head 4-Cylinder engine
mated to a 3-speed manual gearbox. It was available in over 30
different body styles but only four standard colors. This 1931
example was the final year of production and is a 2-Door Tudor
Sedan, finished in Black.
The car was just tuned-up from a local classic mechanic, Verburg's
Automotive of Cascade, Michigan. It starts easily, shifts smooth,
and offers a unique yet simple driving experience. The car has
always been stored in an indoor garage and obviously has been
preserved with care over the years. Some noteworthy features
include the pristine white-wall tires, the front fender-mounted
spare, rear-mounted luggage rack with box, clean interior,
beautiful radiator cap, and more (see photos).
This is awesome pre-war example and definitely the easiest driving
car of this ear we've had the privilege to sell. The car is priced
to move and will provide many future miles of enjoyment for its
next owner. Call or e-mail if interested, or to make a reasonable
offer. Thank you for looking.
