Vehicle Description
Offered here is pure American muscle. This 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle
SS LS6 is a rolling icon of the American spirit. The car is powered
by Chevrolet's 454 Turbo Jet Big Block 4bbl LS6 V8 mated to a
4-Speed Manual and pushing out 450hp. It is finished in a more rare
Misty Turquoise (Paint Code 34) from the factory with a Black Vinyl
top over a Black interior. It has a functioning Cowl Induction
hood, front disc brakes, dual exhaust, and appropriate black SS
stripes. It has been well maintained, starts on command, and drives
true. According to the data plate, the car was assembled in Kansas
City, MO during the second week of April in 1970.
This is a beautifully restored Chevelle SS and you will
hard-pressed to find another one this clean, with this powerplant,
for the asking price offered here. Hagerty rates a number 4 car at
$60k and a number one car up to $160k. Look it up. This vehicle has
been thoroughly inspected and ready for a new garage. The car does
not have the build sheet and the block is marked "CE" in the last
two digit spots, which stands for a factory Customer Exchanged
block.
