I am selling my 1974 Super Beetle. It is listed at a low price because I want to sell it quickly, and I realize potential buyers will have to travel to Northern Michigan to pick it up. It starts up right away each spring and runs great. It has the original engine and interior. I have kept up the oil changes. I had new electrical, beautiful new paint job and chrome work done professionally. It also has had a recent tune-up. As you can see in the photos, it has been stored indoors under a breathable cover in winter with a battery tender and in a garage in the summer. I have only driven it on sunny days. It has never seen road salt since the new paint job 3 years ago. There is space for a new radio. The odometer does not work so I am not sure how many miles are on it. The heater will need work, but I since I only used it in the summer time on sunny days it was not needed. No time to drive it now as I now have a motorcycle. The buyer will have to travel to Michigan's northern lower peninsula to pick up their classic super beetle. NADA guides places low retail at $4050, average retail at $8350, and high retail at $19,300. I am pricing this to sell at $4900.
