Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this 1981 Lincoln Mark VI.
The Continental Mark VI is based on the Ford Panther platform,
shared with the Lincoln Town Car and other Ford Motor Company
full-size cars of the 1980s into the late 2000s in North America.
The Mark VI is rear-wheel drive with body-on-frame construction; it
is fitted with coil-spring suspension on all four wheels. This Mark
VI features a 5.0L 302 CID V8 that is paired to a 4-speed automatic
transmission. The exterior siler metallic paint is in fantastic
condition and shows extremely well. So well in fact that the car
has won numerous 1st place awards & best in show trophies at many
Texas Regional Meet shows. The burgundy leather interior is also in
great condition with plenty of comfort features. The owner has had
all scheduled maintenance done on the car and it has always been
garage kept during his possession the last 10 years. The car also
features a working 8-track player & CB radio! This is an excellent
example of what a car can look at almost 40 years later if you take
good care of them! The owner has recently replaced the catalytic
converters & tail pipes, a new battery, & a new fuel pump.
Everything on this car works! The car will come with the original
owners manual and the rare & special Wood tone keys & key ring that
was issued with all signature series. This car has stayed within
the same Lincoln enthusiasts car club for the last couple of
decades. Other notable features on this car include, AC (blows
cold!), AM/FM radio, cruise control, power brakes, power steering,
power locks, power seats, power sunroof, power windows, ABS brakes,
tilt steering wheel, keyless entry, & leather interior. For more
