Up for sale we have a beautiful 1968 Chevy II Nova. The '68 Nova
was completely redesigned and was the last year for the Chevy II
designation. This Nova scored a 97 out of 100 at a Super Chevy
Show. It took home Best of Nova and Show Class Winner. This is a
gorgeous representation of the Muscle Car Era that we are sure
you're going to love. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a
brief description of the exterior, interior, and heartbeat of the
Chevy, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.
Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee.
We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no
consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You
can count on us to have 70 to 80 cars at all times. We don't have a
big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So,

We will start off with the exterior of the Nova. From first glance,
there's no denying that the body is laser straight with great panel
fit. A straight car can only be appreciated fully with a top of the
line paint job, and this one won't disappoint. Everything is
covered in the Grotto Blue paint that is slick as a ribbon with a
mirror finish. Inside the jams, under the hood, and in the trunk
are all equally impressive. This '68 has a Super Sport Hood and
Grill that looks like new. At the time of the resto all the chrome
was replaced along with the window stainless. Also, all the glass
was removed and resealed, and the side glass felt and weather
stripping was changed. To complete the look this Chevy II is
sitting on a set of steel wheels painted body color with a set of
small caps and red line radial tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of the '68. On the inside, it's
done in the Dark Blue that complements the exterior color scheme
perfectly. When you open the door you'll see it has the front
bucket seats with the short center console that houses the factory
style gauges and Tee Shifter. All the seat covers and door panels
are in excellent condition. Also, the headliner and carpet is like
new and done in blue. Looking at the dash it all looks correct
except for the added column tach, it even has the stock style AM
radio. In the trunk, it looks neat and clean having the trunk mat
with spare and jack.
Finally, we will look at the heartbeat of the Chevy. Under the hood
the first thing you'll notice is the attention to detail as it
looks just like it would have when new. It features the 350 that's
dressed with stock valve covers and intake with a date code correct
Quadrajet. The engine is mated to the 350 Trans and the 10 Bolt
Posi with 3.55 gears. For exhaust, it has Manifolds with 2 �" pipes
and chambered mufflers. When you look under this Nova it looks
phenomenal. The frame and floors look great with new bushings under
the front subframe. For brakes, it has disc brakes with drums out
back. Under the front it has had new ball joints and bushings
isntalled. A new tank was also installed along with new gas lines
and brakes lines!
