Until a few years ago, the 90's were a time to forget about.
Flourencent surf wear, Uncle Jesse's mullet, and dial up internet.
Today, the 90's are making a comeback. Alfa Romeo is selling cars
once again in the USA. And this 1992 Alfa Romeo 164 is being
rediscovered and appreciated.
Eventually moving from Buffalo, NY to Sin City, Las Vegas, Nevada
this car fit right in wearing its Italian Pinafarina designed
exterior.
It's a car that came from the factory equipped as you see it today.
V6 "busso" engine mated to a five speed manual transmission. A very
well appointed car in S trim including power windows, sport
suspension, power seats, rear sun shades, and factory supplied
wheels. Originally trimmed with gray leather this car has benefited
from a professionally upgraded red leather interior.
Although being 25 years old the car is has been well kept both
mechanically and cosmetically. The car passes California's
stringent emissions standards. It recently received near 5,000 in
maintenance work. The all important timing belt is fresh, exhaust
work, and 4 tires. We've recently serviced it at manufacturer's
standards with an oil change, and a new emergency brake cable. It
has seen a recent repaint in its original red color.
It's truly an Italian sedan. Through its travels it's picked up an
experience mark here and there and it was repainted. There is some
wear and tear on the exterior as you can imagine from a 25 year old
car. But I'm confident you'll be pleased.
