1929 Chevrolet purchased new by Raymond G. Mitman for $750 spring
of 1929, at Cressman Motors (Chevrolet) in Souderton Pa. Ray kept
the car until 1955 when the car was sold to the present owner.
Well cared for by both owners this iconic 6 cylinder Chevy is
mostly original. The car was painted "many, many" years ago and it
shows lots of patina. The upholstery is original, showing very
little wear since seat covers were on the car most of its life.
The engine and transmission have been rebuilt, the clutch has been
replaced. Much documentation about the car as well as Chevrolet
specific books and extra parts accompany the car. Be prepared there
is a lot of "stuff".
The driving dynamics of this car are excellent, that is, it drives
like you would expect of a 1929 Chevy.
