This 1977 F150 Shortbed 4X4 just had a complete and thorough restoration that took over 500 hours of labor. It has all the right options with Factory Air Conditioning that blows super cold an Automatic C-6 Transmission and Power Steering and Power Disc Brakes. Many hours were spent getting all the components properly adjusted and dialed in. Everything works as it should and it runs and handles like a dream.
The beautiful original sheet metal body was media blasted to bare metal and primed with PPG high build and blocked after each coat to make it super straight. Then primmer sealed and 3 coats of PPG base and three coats of PPG clear. The clear coat was then wet sanded and polished to a show quality finish.
The 400 under the hood was completely rebuilt with Tim Meyer custom pistons and components to bring it up to 330 Horsepower. Compression was raised to 9.5 to 1 and it runs beautifully on 93 octane pump gas. This truck is wonderful to drive, it holds the road perfectly and steers and handles like new.
