Silver Beige w/Silver Beige interior 350/200hp 4-spd automatic
transmission. If you wanted the ultimate new Corvette in '82 the
Collector Edition was the way to go! This special edition was
brought out to commemorate the end of the C3's 14 year model run.
It was loaded with basically every available option and had
exclusive Silver Beige exterior with hood and side "fade" stripes
and a matching leather wrapped Silver Beige interior. It featured a
few "firsts" as well. It was the first Corvette to have a 4-spd
automatic transmission the first (C.E. only) to have an opening
rear glass hatch and the first Corvette to have a $20k price tag!
This low miles C.E. comes from a local So Cal client who purchased
it from Corvette Mike a number of years ago. With the exception of
tires radio (the original comes with) and regular maintaince it's
pretty much all original! Yes the vinyl hood stripe is cracked
which is very common but the paint is in very nice condition as is
the interior. The engine runs strong shifts well and has the
performance you'd expect from an '82. It's a nice car and a great
driver. Visit Corvette Mike online at www.corvettemikeanaheim.com
