For Sale: 1973 Mercedes Benz 450SL in Lakeland, Florida

Nice Modified Original

Just arrived from a Florida estate, an unusual example of the

highly desired Mercedes 450SL roadster. The car has been in

Florida since at least 1994. It has been modified, but since its

owner has passed, we do not know the history or why modified

as it was. Will not take much to return it to the original drivetrain.

Nice dual stage repaint in Bright Red Metallic. Very nice

Tan leather bucket seat interior and console.

Modified dash, new carpet, & door panels.

Newer Tan convertible top.

The car has had the original engine swapped to a Cadillac

4.1 Liter V-8 engine and automatic transmission.

Would not be hard to convert it back to the correct drivetrain.
