This is a great example of a 1965 Ford pickup truck . It was originally bought in Roundup Montana registered in Townsand Montana and never left there until last summer when I brought it home To California . The mileage is believed to be original . The previous owner stated that this truck stayed on the ranch most of the time and prior to that it belonged to the town banker ( original owner ). The truck has great patina . It's 99% original. The engine was removed completely re sealed ,all new brass freez plugs added, new 4 barrel carburetor installed, electronic ignition, new wires ,and painted stock Ford engine colors. ( it did not need to be rebuilt. It has brand new tires ,new shock absorbers and new brakes. The 4 speed transmission has a new clutch, pressure plate ,and throw out bearing. The interior is in beautiful condition with the seat and arm rests newly reupholstered. The floor mat is original and in great shape ( kind of rare ). The marker lights are factory along with the interior blink switch. The rear tow hitch bumper was a dealer option and installed when the truck was first purchased. There's very little surface rust underneath and almost none at all on the body. Vintage truck sales are on the rise these days. One would be hard pressed to find such a beautiful nostalgic example of what it must have been like to own such a truck in the mid sixties.
